ACS performed general contracting services for The Prestonwood Dallas Campus Remodeling project. This was a $1.75 million fast-track, extensive remodeling project. The scope of work included extensive changes to finishes, layout, landscaping and hardscaping, plumbing upgrades for finishes and TAS standards, electrical, HVAC, and AV upgrades. All design and construction work was completed within 3 months to meet the Client's preferred opening date.
