Prestonwood Baptist Church Phase 1 was completed in 2008 with Scott Lucas performing Construction Management/Owner Representation for Prestonwood Baptist Church. Phase 1 construction included coordination with the Town of Prosper to create a Planned Development and complete site development and construction of the 75,000 SF facility. Manhattan Construction, PB2 Architects, & Graham Engineers comprised the primary design and construction team. Scott's responsibilities included Building Program planning, development & coordination, design team coordination, coordination of Planned Development & Master Planning, communications between PBC Staff & design & construction team, construction management, and quality control.
